The Horizon Centre is located centrally in the DLF City, Gurgaon and will be an iconic building consisting 23 storeys. It consists office space from the second floor to 23rd floor. Ground floor, Mezzanine and first floor levels are a mixed development of offices and retail where food court will be located on the first floor. It also consists four levels of basement car parking. The level of fit-out will be confined to landlord areas i.e. main lobby areas and car park fully fitted out, shell and core provision to office floors and retail units.

The first commercial building of its kind to have been designed to the platinum certification standard of the LEED rating system of USGBC.
