The development comprises of a 182-metre high Statue of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel on Sadhu Island, a bridge connecting Sadhu Island to the mainland and a 3.5 kilometres highway connecting Sadhu Island to Kevadia Town and Hotel, Convention Centre, Memorial Garden and Visitor Centre building.
