The building has two storeys of 3,600 square metres each with a ground floor and a single basement. The total plot area of the project is 8,078 square metres.  The firm has carried out dynamic analysis and design of the structure using ‘Shear Wall’ to resist lateral forces. The building incorporates structural solutions for ample space and modern interiors.
