With a successful completion of all civil and structural engineering design for InterGlobe Hotel, Meinhardt has won a repeat contract from client to further design their yet another chain of IBIS Hotel in Coimbatore, Kerala.

A flat plate conventional system was adopted for these projects for easy construction and early completion. Our team faced challenges in designing due to the reclaimed soil and our team successfully proposed a pile of 34 meters below the ground level. The total area is 5,574 square metres with 131 keys.
